April Stamp Of the Month Blog “You are”

Our Stamp of the month Blog Hop is featuring:   You Are….. Love this set, it has great fun words and the lined and diamond shaped pattern stamps are very fun to play with.

If you have arrived here from{Sarita Schraeder’s Blog}you are on the right track.  If you get lost along the way go to {Helen Onulak’s Blog} for a complete list of hoppers

Feel free to check out the detailed instructions below or hope on over to {Dawn Ross’s Blog} for another great idea!

I made a card using both our You are set and also the Lucy Workshop stamps.

I started by using the B&T from Lucy cut two pieces at 4 ¼ x 5 ½ one I left full size and have the pink pattern showing the other with the flower pattern up with the edges torn slightly.  I used colonial CS cut 3 x 4 and the great cricut shapes from Lucy workshop also using colonial white cs.  Stamps and Bitty bling.

I used the diamond patter stamp to decorate the 3 x 4 using z2125 Grey Wool ink, I also brushed the edges with grey wool.

I then stamped you are positively saying and cut out to layer on front of card.

I attached all flowers with foam tape z1151, and added the bling to butterfly and flowers.  On the inside of the card I used the word amazing along with another flower image.

Love how you paired this stamp set with Lucy! I really like how the background looks like a fence or a net that the butterfly is sitting on.
